(a) "IT Board" shall mean the County Information Technology Board established by Article VIII of the County Charter, which has the sole authority to oversee, and to recommend all contracts to the Executive for, the planning, acquisition, implementation and operation of all data processing and information systems technology by the Office of Information Technology.
(b) "IT Advisory Committee" shall mean the County Information Technology Advisory Committee, which shall perform the duties set forth in this Chapter.
(c) "Office of Information Technology" shall mean the office established by Article VIII, Section 8.03 of the County Charter.
(d) "CIO" shall mean the Chief Information Officer established by Article VIII, Section 8.04 of the County Charter who heads the Office of Information Technology.
