164A.06 REMOVAL OF BOARD MEMBER.

Any member of the Board may be removed by the County Executive, with confirmation of County Council, for misfeasance, nonfeasance or malfeasance in office and/or for a member's being absent from five regular meetings of the Board of Directors during any one calendar year.
