167.01 HANDBILLS, SIGNS AND OTHER ADVERTISEMENTS PROHIBITED ON COUNTY PROPERTY.
   (a)   No person shall paint, mark or write on, or post or otherwise affix, any handbill, sign or other advertisement on any real property that is owned by or under the control of the County of Summit.
   (b)   The prohibition in subsection (a) hereof shall not apply to the signs on real property owned by or under the control of the County that are necessary to inform the public about the identity and the activities of a County agency or a lessee of County real property.
