144.01 DESIGNATION OF AGENCY FOR DEVELOPMENT.

The Community Improvement Corporation of Summit, Medina and Portage Counties is hereby designated as the agency of Summit County, Ohio for the industrial, economic, civic, commercial, distribution and research development of Summit County, Ohio.
