The Volunteer Peace Officers' Dependents Fund Board shall exercise all powers and perform all duties set forth in Chapter 143 of the Ohio Revised Code. As set forth in Section 143.04 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Board may adopt rules as necessary for handling and processing claims for benefits. As set forth in Section 143.04 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Board shall perform such other duties as are necessary to implement Chapter 143 of the Ohio Revised Code.
