The Volunteer Peace Officers' Dependents Fund Board shall consist of the following members:
(a) Two Board members nominated by the County Executive and confirmed by County Council.
(b) Two Board members elected by the volunteer peace officers of the County Sheriff's Office.
(c) One Board member elected by the Board members appointed pursuant to subsection (a) and elected pursuant to subsection (b). The Board member must meet the qualifications set forth in Section 143.02(A)(3) of the Ohio Revised Code.
