139.01 DEFINITIONS.
   (a)    "Volunteer peace officer" shall have the same definition as set forth in Section 143.01(C) of the Ohio Revised Code.
   (b)    "Volunteer Peace Officers' Dependents Fund Board" means the board required to be established by the County of Summit pursuant to Chapter 143 of the Ohio Revised Code.
