138.03 PROSECUTOR OPINIONS.
    (a)    The Prosecuting Attorney shall file all written requests for Prosecutor opinions with the Clerk of County Council upon receipt.
   (b)    The Prosecuting Attorney shall file all Prosecutor opinions with the Clerk of County Council upon issuance.
   (c)    The Clerk of County Council shall maintain the requests and the Prosecutor opinions for review by the public and other public officials and agencies.
