138.01 DESIGNATION AS CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT AGENCY.
   (a)   The Summit County Prosecutor's office is hereby designated as the County's child support enforcement agency.
   (b)   The County approves a procedure to increase, on an annual basis, the number of paternity establishments in the County.
