1343.06 REQUIRED RESPONSE TO CONDEMNATION ORDER.

The person upon whom the Condemnation Order is served is required to give notice, in writing, to the Building Official within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of such order, stating whether they intend to comply with the Condemnation Order.
