The Building Official shall examine every building or structure reported or observed during process of inspection as damaged, dangerous, structurally unsafe, or constituting Building Code violations including, but not limited to health or fire hazard; and shall cause a report of such examination to be prepared and kept in the records of the County of Summit Department of Building Standards, stating the use of the building or structure and the nature of any damage.
