1327.09 APPEAL TO COURT.

Decisions of the Board of Appeals are appealable to the Court of Common Pleas of the County of Summit, Ohio. Such appeals shall be made within thirty (30) days after the entry of the final order appealed from, as provided in O.R.C. Section 3781.031.
