(a) A Certificate of Occupancy shall be required for each building or structure whenever its use is changed from one occupancy class to another or for a part of a building or structure where its use is changed. Inspections shall be made in every case.
(b) The applicant shall make application and pay fees for all Certificate of Occupancy inspections. The premises shall comply with this Building Code before the change of occupancy is permitted.
