1309.11 BUILDING USE AFTER CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   A Certificate of Occupancy shall be obtained by the applicant. It shall be unlawful to occupy or use a building prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. The applicant is obligated to certify that the building substantially complies with all provisions of this Building Code. It shall be a violation of this Building Code if the applicant files false information on his application for final inspection, or if he allows the building to be occupied before final inspection has been made and a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued.
