136.04 FEES FOR TOXICOLOGY SERVICES.

   The fees for toxicology services performed by the Medical Examiner shall be as follows:

   Forensic Panel—Blood and Urine (Non-Law Enforcement) $185.00

   Includes Volatiles, immunoassay and GC Screen on all specimens

   submitted, quantitation and confirmation as needed

   Forensic Panel - Blood and Urine (Law Enforcement) $150.00

   Includes Volatiles, immunoassay and GC Screen on all specimens

   submitted, quantitation and confirmation as needed

   Forensic Urine Screen $125.00

   Urine screen with confirmation of positives

   Forensic Panel—Blood Only (or Tissue only) $125.00

   Volatiles and drug screen—quantitation as needed

   Volatiles (Blood, urine, etc.) $60.00

   Forensic ethanol, isopropanol, acetone, methanol—quantitative

   Carbon Monoxide - blood levels $65.00

   Individual drug—screen only (urine) $15.00

   Individual drug—screen and quantitation $60.00 +

   (Drug dependent)

   Pill, powder, miscellaneous—identification $50.00

   Expert Testimony/Consultation Variable

   Case and time dependent—typically $100.00/hr.

   Fees for toxicology services not listed above shall be established by the Medical Examiner, at a cost not greater than the cost actually incurred by the Medical Examiner.
