The Building Official shall keep official records of all business and activities of the Building Code provisions and standards. Whenever a new provision or standard is issued or when a provision or standard is amended or revised, the date of which is different from that currently listed for such standard, he shall so advise the County Executive so that necessary legal steps can be taken to amend the Building Code and bring it up to current standards.
