136.01 USE OF FACILITIES RESTRICTED.

County Council hereby restricts the use of the Summit County Medical Examiner’s facilities as follows: No use of the facilities by the Summit County Medical Examiner while engaging in the private practice of medicine is permitted unless or until specifically authorized by resolution of County Council.
