1301.05 FLOOD PLAIN AREAS.

The enforcement of construction requirements in designated flood plain areas shall meet all requirements set forth in the County of Summit National Flood Insurance/Flood Plain Management Program, Chapter 1345, as compiled and/or revised by the County of Summit Department of Community and Economic Development.
