All necessary Improvement Plans for proposed roads, sidewalks/walkways, streetlights, bike paths, traffic control improvements, storm sewers, and drainage facilities shall be approved by the County Engineer and all Improvement Plans for sanitary sewer and water supply systems shall be approved by the Department of Sanitary Sewer Services, if necessary prior to approval of the Final Plat by the County Engineer.
All necessary Improvement Plans for landscaping shall be approved by the Township, in consultation with Summit County Soil and Water. In addition, the Improvement Plans for landscaping shall be reviewed by the County Engineer for safety considerations.
