The County Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized to charge the fees listed for services provided. The County Fiscal Officer shall notify all persons who utilize the services of the County Fiscal Officer’s office on a regular basis of the change in recording fees as soon as possible.
(a) General Recording Fees. Effective October 17, 2019, recording fees for all
documents other than those listed in the tables below are $34.00 for the first two pages and $8.00 for each additional page. The fee for Marginal Notation is $4.00. Of these fees, 50% is the basic recording fee and 50% is for the Ohio Housing Trust Fund (“OHTF”). See, Ohio Revised Code (“ORC”) §§ 317.32 and 317.36.
