134.01 BOND.

The bond to be provided to the State of Ohio by the Fiscal Officer of the County of Summit shall be in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) with a company authorized to do business as a surety in the State of Ohio. Such bond shall be approved by the County Executive, endorsed with the oath of office, and filed with the Clerk of County Council.
