1101.04 AUTHORITY.

The authority for the preparation, adoption, and implementation of these Subdivision Regulations is pursuant to O.R.C. Chapters 711 and 713 of the Ohio Revised Code which permits the adoption of uniform rules and regulations governing subdivision of land by Summit County.
