130.06 UTILITY SERVICE AGREEMENTS FOR COUNTY BUILDINGS AND OPERATIONS.

The County Executive is hereby authorized to enter into and execute agreements with utility suppliers for electric, gas, water, sewer, hot water and steam utility services for all County owned or operated buildings and operations.
