130.05 AIRPORT GRANT APPLICATIONS WITH NO COUNTY FUNDS EXPENDED.

The County Executive is hereby authorized to execute agreements on behalf of Summit County and the Akron-Canton Regional Airport applying for and accepting grants from the Federal Aviation Administration where the County has no obligation to expend funds.
