The County Executive is hereby authorized to execute grant applications for any grant where the County’s obligation to match or otherwise expend County funds or share in the expense of the grant activity does not exceed twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). The County Executive is further authorized to execute any grant award agreements for any grant where the County’s obligation to match or otherwise expend County funds or share in the expense of the grant activity does not exceed twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).
