Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or any rule, order, term or condition issued pursuant thereto, shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for a first offense and, for each subsequent offense, such person shall be fined not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) nor more than two thousand dollars ($2,000).
