927.06 REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF REGISTRATION.
   (a)   The Director of Sanitary Sewer Services shall have the power to revoke or suspend a registration issued by the Department for the following reasons:
      (1)   Violation of the provisions of this chapter.
      (2)   Misrepresentation of material facts in obtaining the registration or renewal thereof.
      (3)   Failure to secure the permits, inspections and approvals required by this chapter.
      (4)   Use of the registration to obtain a permit for another.
      (5)   Failure or refusal to promptly correct an installation or part thereof made in an incompetent or improper manner after notice by the Department, or in violation of the provisions of this chapter.
      (6)   Causing or failing to eliminate a situation which presents an actual or threatened danger to life or property.
   (b)   In the event the Director finds that a registered sewer layer has committed any of the acts specified in subsection (a) hereof, he shall serve a written order upon the violator stating a brief and concise description of the violation and the period of time for which the registration is to be suspended or revoked. The Director's order may be appealed pursuant to Section 927.13.
