926.11 JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS.

In the event of failure of the discharger to comply with a compliance order or cease and desist order within the specified time, the Director may commence judicial proceedings or take other action as deemed appropriate. The Director may terminate judicial proceedings upon proof by the discharger of the elimination of the noncomplying discharge or conditions.
