(a) No person shall violate or fail to perform any duty imposed by this chapter or violate any order, rule or condition of a community discharge permit issued by the Director of Sanitary Sewer Services. Each day of violation is a separate offense.
(b) No person shall knowingly make any false statement, representation or certification in any application, record, report, plan or other document filed or required to be maintained pursuant to this chapter or with purpose to mislead a County official in performing official functions.
(c) No person shall knowingly damage or improperly tamper with any monitoring device or method required or authorized under this chapter.
