(a) The provisions of this chapter of the County Code are intended to be read in conjunction with and complement other provisions of the Code and applicable sewer use agreements.
(b) By discharging to the system of the County, the discharging party agrees to comply with all terms and regulations of the County and to be bound by said terms, conditions and regulations.
