926.06 RECORDS RETENTION.
   Communities subject to this Code shall retain and preserve all records, books, documents, memoranda, reports, correspondence and any and all summaries thereof relating to planning, design, maintenance, monitoring, sampling, financing and legislative action on the part of a community in connection with its compliance or noncompliance with its permit and related compliance plans in accordance with all local, state and federal law and regulations.
