(a) The community shall implement a monitoring program upon County issuance of the community discharge permit. The monitoring program shall be designed to determine compliance with specific performance objective(s). The program shall be submitted to the County for approval and the County reserves the right to modify or amend the permit's program monitoring requirements.
(b) The County shall have the authority to conduct monitoring for verification and other purposes within the community sewer system.
(c) The community shall provide an annual report on its performance objectives and community compliance plan in a format provided by the County. More frequent (monthly, quarterly, or biannual) monitoring and reporting may be required by the County.
