(a) All users in the Summit County Metropolitan Sewer District shall pay a water service connection fee prior to connection to a County waterline.
(b) The amount charged for water service connections shall be as follows:

(c) If a larger service is required, a site plan and plumbing layout shall be submitted with the application for water service. All applicants for water service connections shall provide the County with a road opening permit from the applicable political subdivision.
