(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 6103 and the Summit County Charter, the County has established four water systems located within the Summit County Metropolitan Sewer District as follows:
(1) Stow water system serving the City of Stow, a portion of Cuyahoga Falls (formerly Northampton Township), and portions of Boston and Hudson Townships;
(2) Montrose water system serving portions of Bath and Copley Townships;
(3) Country Club Village water system serving a portion of Green Township; and
(4) Copley water system serving a portion of Copley Township.
