903.03 DRIVE CULVERT PERMIT.

(a) For a drive culvert permit, a nonrefundable fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) is hereby established as payable to the County Engineer upon issuance of such permit.

(b) Drive culvert permits shall be issued upon application to the County Engineer subject to the approval of the County Executive.
