903.02 MOVING PERMIT.

(a) For a moving permit, a nonrefundable fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) is hereby established as payable to the County Engineer upon issuance of such permit.

(b) Moving permits shall be issued upon application to the County Engineer subject to the approval of the County Executive.
