By a Motion of Council, the County Council shall adopt the operating “Rules of the Council of the County of Summit” (Council Rules) for the efficient operation of Council business consistent with the Summit County Charter, these Codified Ordinances and the laws of the State of Ohio. The Council Rules may be amended from time to time by a Motion of Council. Questions of parliamentary procedure not covered by the Council Rules shall be governed by the most current version of Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised.
