745.02 CONDEMNATION OR SEIZURE OF INCORRECT INSTRUMENTS.

The County Fiscal Officer or his designee is hereby authorized to condemn or seize for use as evidence any incorrect weights and measures and weighing and measuring instruments related to any such violations.
