745.01 ISSUANCE OF MISDEMEANOR CITATIONS.

The County Fiscal Officer or his designee is hereby authorized to issue misdemeanor citations when such inspector has observed a violation of the Ohio Weights and Measures Laws and/or County Council ordinances related to weights and measures or consumer protection.
