737.01 REPORT OF DRILLING PERMITS AND EQUIPMENT MOVEMENT.

The County Engineer and County Auditor are directed to establish a procedure within thirty days from the effective date of this section for the periodic reporting to the County Auditor of all permits issued by the State of Ohio or the County Engineer regarding mineral drilling or movement of drilling equipment in the County of Summit.
