(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) or imprisoned not more than three months, or both.
(b) In addition to the penalty provided in subsection (a) hereof, the Prosecuting Attorney may, at the request of the County Auditor, seek to enjoin any person, partnership, corporation or other entity from conducting a business which does not have a necessary license or renewal as required under the provisions of this chapter.
