733.14 LICENSE REVOCATION AND SUSPENSION.

The conviction of any licensee under the provisions of this chapter, or any person owning or having a proprietary interest in the business licensed under this chapter, or for any violation of any provision of this chapter, may constitute grounds for immediate suspension or revocation by the County Auditor or his designee of the license issued to such business.
