733.06 FIREPLACE AND STOVE WOOD VENDORS LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person, partnership, corporation or other entity, unless duly licensed as provided in this chapter, shall engage in the regular business of selling, advertising or offering for sale, fireplace or stove wood as defined in Section 733.02(a).
