729.02 PERMIT REQUIRED OF PARTICIPANTS.

Any promoter, referee, judge, matchmaker, timekeeper, amateur or professional boxer, manager, trainer or second to a professional boxer shall be issued a permit by the County Boxing Commission prior to participating in any match or exhibition in Summit County.
