725.09 COMPLAINTS AND INVESTIGATION.
   The County Executive or his designee shall have the power, upon complaint of any resident or his own initiative, to investigate the business, business practice and business methods of any such licensee, if in the opinion of the Executive or his designee such investigation is warranted. Each such licensee shall be obligated at the request of the Executive or his designee to furnish such information as may be required concerning his business, business practices or business methods, and the Executive or his designee may put under oath and command answers to any questions pertaining to such investigation from any and all persons who may be connected in any manner with the business of the licensee for the transaction or transactions which constitute the subject of the investigation.
