As used in this chapter, certain terms are defined as follows:
(a) "Ticket broker" means any person, firm or corporation engaged in:
(1) Conducting, managing or carrying on the sale or offer for sale of a ticket; or
(2) The procuring or receiving of a ticket for a fee or compensation in addition to the box office price therefor.
(b) "Engage in business of ticket broker" means the performance, other than in selling or otherwise issuing tickets in the first instance, of any of the acts or activities of a "ticket broker".
(c) "Ticket" means a ticket of admission or any other evidence of right of entry to a theater, place of amusement or entertainment, stadium or arena, or other place where public exhibitions, games, contests or performances are held.
(d) "Casual sale" means the resale or an attempted resale of not more than two tickets in any calendar year, such resale being within the period commencing two hours prior to the scheduled starting time of an event, exhibition, game, contest or performance.
