119.03 POLICY CRITERIA AND AMOUNT TO BE CERTIFIED.

   The County Prosecutor and Director of the Department of Law and Risk Management shall certify in writing that a moral claim meets the criteria of the moral claims policy and shall also specify what amount should be paid only after the procedures outlined in Section 119.04 have been complied with.
