(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.
(b) In addition to the penalty provided in subsection (a) hereof, the Prosecuting Attorney may, seek to enjoin any person, partnership, corporation or other entity from conducting a business which does not have a necessary permit, certificate or license as required under the provisions of this chapter or Ohio R.C. Chapter 3743.
