(a) The County of Summit shall take affirmative action to ensure that all applicants and employees are treated in a nondiscriminatory manner.
(b) The County of Summit shall make every effort to reasonably accommodate known disabilities of qualified applicants and employees, if it does not impose an undue hardship on the operations of the County.
(c) Every County manager is expected to carry forward the County's policy of nondiscrimination.
(d) Each County officeholder shall periodically analyze their personnel practices to ensure compliance with County policy.
(e) Enforcement of the County's EEO/ADA policy and any complaints related hereto shall be the responsibility of the Executive's Personnel Director.
