537.07 VEHICULAR ASSAULT.

(a) No person, while operating or participating in the operation of a motor vehicle, motorcycle, snowmobile, locomotive, watercraft or aircraft, shall recklessly cause serious physical harm to another.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of recklessly causing serious physical harm to another, a misdemeanor of the second degree.
